Hi! My name is Lauren and I have been a home baker for 5 years. I have been married for 17 years and we have 3 beautiful children together.
I started Laurie Lou’s Bake Shoppe in 2017 when my family and I decided to make Christmas presents for each other instead of buying them. That’s when I made cinnamon rolls from scratch for the first time ever. To everyone’s surprise they were really good and I realized I had a knack for baking. Since then I have perfected my cinnamon roll recipe and taught myself how to make French macarons, gourmet cookies, and so much more. I genuinely love baking and creating delicious treats for everyone to enjoy.
I am a registered home cottage baker with the state of AZ.
I have also won 4 ribbons in the 2021 AZ State Fair for my sugar cookies, chocolate chip cookie w/ nuts, cinnamon rolls and blueberry sweet rolls.
